I’ve decided in true Trev and Simon fashion to give myself a pat on the back, (pause for 5 mins while the hand decides where it’s going!)
Why? cos I feel like it, I’ve actually been to the gym twice this week. And I’ve been sat on my floor for at least an hour each evening this week doing my paperwork. I can finally throw out those receipts i’ve been keeping to match my bank statment - yes I’m that sad, and yes I will shred them.
Things aren’t horendously bad at work either - so I think I deserve it. If you disagree I don’t care - I’ve allready done it!

Why is there never enough time to do everything you want? My evenings just seem to disappear and I don’t have time to do stuff at weekends for obvious reasons. So in a desperate attempt to sort my life and rubbish out I’ve joined a gym.
EH?? don’t get it? Well my logic is that, I don’t do anything in the evenings cos I’m tired. I’m tired cos I don’t do anything and the more I don’t do, the lazier I get. So My theory is this, by joining a Gym (and using said gym) my body will get used to doing more exercise and I’ll therefore have more energy, giving me more time in the evening to do stuff, got it??
So far I’ve managed 1 swimming session and half a gym session - an induction plus I did some more.
